You may book your flight arrangements on your own. Once your flights are booked you must return to this site and enter your flight information so that we can arrange for Airport transfers to the Westin Paris. If we do not have your flight information we will not be able to arrange your ground transportation on
arrival April 21

departure day April 25

If we do not have your flight information we will not be able to arrange your transportation on arrival day April 19 or departure day April 25.
You may book your flight arrangements by using our recommended Travel Agent. If you use our recommended travel agent your flight information will automatically be entered into the registration system once your itinerary has been confirmed.
