ACCOMMODATIONS
AOL will make your room reservation for you based on
the details you provide on your
registration form. The room and tax will be charged directly to AOL.
You will be required upon checking into the hotel to provide a credit
card for incidental charges. Requests for early arrivals and/or extended
stays will be based on hotel availability and will be at your own
expense.
AIR/RAIL TRAVEL
Please contact AOL Travel at 703-265-1880
or 800-451-2755 to make your travel arrangements. Please indicate
that you are attending the Sales
Conference. The cost for your air will be charged directly to AOL. In
order for us to secure the best rates, you will need to
make your
flight arrangements by June 10, 2005. All flights will be arriving and
departing out of LaGuardia, JFK or Newark Airports. All attendees should
plan to arrive in New York to start the meeting on Monday, June 27 at
12:00 pm. West coast attendees are approved for flight travel and hotel
arrivals on Sunday, June 26. Flight departures should be planned for
after 12:30 pm on Wednesday, June 29.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
AOL will reimburse your taxi fees to and from the
airport through our T&E expense form process.
The closest subway station is the Number 6 line, located on 51st and
Lexington.
